BIO:
Deprogrammed is the pseudonym of the artist, performer, producer, songwriter, programmer, and remixer Otto Cate, who began in the electronic scene in the late 80’s. Throughout his career, Otto has been spearheading independent projects in the Electronic, Industrial and Metal genres. Since his initial audio experiments in a small basement studio, his vision has grown progressively stronger and more complex, taking shape into what has now become Deprogrammed.

In 2006, Otto forged ahead as a solo artist, focusing in the electronic genre with compositions for film/tv/video game placement. Otto has become prolific at delivering quality tracks across the orchestral, cinematic, downtempo, ambient, glitch/IDM and industrial rock movements. While his stylistic approach may be different than most on the market today, Deprogrammed is able to seamlessly fuse the electronics of drum & bass and techno, with rock and orchestral elements, and create an incredibly marketable, high quality product.

Deprogrammed has released and been involved with several remixes over the years of well known artists such as Celldweller, Pitchshifter, Amethystium, Contingence and The Witching Hour.

Otto has recently captured the interest of several music licensing companies, working much of his material into several catalogues, and is currently focused on providing custom tracks for FIXT Music and Position Music.
